Santuary

by Tornia   May 23, 2006

The doors are open
so I walk in
I bow my head
to begin

The place is quiet
and nobody's there
except for God
who's everywhere

his presence
fills the room
wrapping me in
His peaceful cocoon

the stain-glass window
lets in God's light
Oh Jesuses way
is so right!

His hand
lifts my eyes to see
life hazy path
more clearly

so when life's burden
becomes too much to carry
come and visit Jesus
in the sanctuary

Very well written. i like how you put jesus in this story, except on where you put "jesuses" its not spelled that way tis Jesus' the extra s makes it sound kindda like you dont know how to spell so good, but thats the only mistake i caught so keep up the good work, praise without ceasing. god bless.
