(45) Two kids in love

In the same class
across the room
is a shy little girl
with something she'll never assume

that theres a small little boy
who admires her everyday
but this is something
he doesn't have the courage to say

theres a secret
behind this girls smile
that she'll be gone from this earth
in a short little while

cause she is very sick
visits the hospital everyday
she never wanted
to be this way

she doesn't have a friend
who can love her through this time
maybe if she did
her sad would be fine

theres never a right time
to say goodbye
but for the small little girl
its right for tonight

the small little boy
came to see her in the hospital bed
and felt she was cold
and realized she will soon be dead

he told her about his love
and wanted to be forever
but the little girls life
will soon slip away like a feather

her eyes starting to close
shes feeling so weak
shes not staying alive
cause heavens what she seeks

shes now gone away
the boy waited to long
now his love
has turned into a sad broken song

but he'll always remember
the smile she gave
when he looked at her
perfect little face

they always did love
but never had the time
to be together
cause they were only nine

but shes happy now
&& they will be together again
but as they wait shes with lots of family and friends...
