Bitter Than Venom

I hope that even you have realized this reality
that just like other melting flowers our love is fading too
i am sure i am not the only one with this ability
to drag a relation without feelings another phase through

i hope even you had a time of your life in the beginning
as i could remember the way we used to chat for hours
it was only you who made my entire world spinning
and everything that i ever owned appeared to be ours

but as the riddle of life keeps on drifting for so long
i never knew in every relation boredom also comes along
so slowly every word shared started hurting so deep
somehow forcing me to ask lord for my soul to keep

memories of glory would stay forever in my flesh
though bitter than venom our feelings have turned out to be
i know whats once gone could never be returned
i really hope that even you have now realized this reality

    Such a sad poem that while reading it you can almost feel the pain..

    Sometimes dont you wish life could turn out differently? but it never will.
    i felt every word as it twisted my heart.
    relationships teach us new things, but we always end up hurt in the end.

    but as the riddle of life keeps on drifting for so long
    i never knew in every relation boredom also comes along
