I'll talk in circles and you keep that open casket you call your mouth closed
for these are my thoughts upon the grave circumstances you've exposed
if not for you I feel I would be reading my own eulogy today or the day after
but thanks to your helping hand this ending will be filled with dancing and laughter
dancing upon my grave and laughter at the blank stare upon my pale, white face
when the real humor is tossed upon my coffin like the rose you tossed upon in disgrace
I'll never forgive myself for the way I watched you die
With a smirk on my face and one blinded eye
One open to see the truth, one closed to deny
do you believe dreams have their imperfections as well as I do
because reality has failed me more times than I care to explain
so i feel these morbid dreams are all i have left to cling to
because everything else in this world has just brought me pain
I'll talk in circles and you stop putting words in my mouth unless you want a fist in yours.
