The Drug Of Love

He stands there,
Tall and strong.
Crowds watching,
Captured, caught by his melody.

I'm here heart broken...
...*sigh*
What angel would
Ever look at me?

But again and again
I hold his eyes,
A fixed stare,
Longer and longer.

He unfolds and i see that child,
A boy in a deep desperate addiction
Craving to share this ultimate euphoria,

The drug is rapidly released,
Injected straight into my blood stream.
I role over with excitment,
Unable to control this feeling,

Screaming i'm given another shot,
......BANG!!!......
Again.
I hallucinate,

Thoughts flying around,
This old world re-entered.
Dazed, those words are easy,

Stumbling,
Climbing,
Building.

I know you,
You know me,
One question...

...where can i get my next fix...?

basically this poem is about this guy i once liked.
but nothing really happened between us, because i was in a relationship. then after 3+yrs of liking him secretly, we got it on. just a one night stand though and i'm pretty sure he used me.
Anyways he is in a really good relationship now, with someone who truely likes him.
it was purle lust though, no major feelings!
also this guy was/is into his drugs, so you know kinda flows into that fact.
