You stand there in your favourite place
Amoungst the flowers in natures grace
You stand so tall, singing in the breeze
You provide a shelter for the buzzing bees
You present strong arms for the children to play
You provide shade on a hot summers day
You'll never leave me
here you'll always stay
Forever in my back yard
Till the end of day
Although you may change
along with the season
You'll never stop living out your reason
Giving us air each and every day
And providing a nest for the birds of prey.
