Then she was gone

by kelsey   May 25, 2006

Her mind was always working
Thinking of the wind
The freedom blowing threw her window
Leaving her in bed
Always alone no one to hear her fears
Always a joke to the ones she did call near

No one noticed when she left
An empty seat
An empty desk
Some people said shes crazy
That she never really belonged
But wen no one was watching
Then she was gone

She picked a perfect time
She raised her arms to the rising sun
A light breeze played with her hair
No one was watching the lone figure
Standing on the edge
The water lapping up the cliff

No eyes were judging her
She stood alone
She spread her arms
And then she was gone
