I'm not going to sit here and lie
I do admit, there are many times i want to just cry

Sometimes life just gets a little too hard
Sometimes it just catches me off guard

My past is now in the past
The memories though will still last

But the pain that i had turns into strength
And time will help me heal, no matter the length

But when i get knocked down, I'll take that blow
