I never thought
that our love would die
but it did and it hurts.

I know that i didn't love you
the way you loved me
but i never wanted to hurt you
and if you only knew
all the shit that i've done
then you would of left me
a long time ago

Now questions run through my mind
asking if you knew everything
would you of thought that
i never liked you
even at the start.

I liked you
and still do
but not as lovers
but as friends
close friends
who i could run to
