Let it Bleed

by Kimberly   May 29, 2006

It started out with a scratch
She said, She made a promise
She would never do it again...

Stuborn in her mood
She thinks stuff my promise
I need to clear my mind

In the shower...
She finds a blade
Trying to pull away at the plastic, she succeeds

In her bedroom she sits
Razor in hand
Sharper than the scissors, She makes scratch lines

Going deeper each time
Focussing on one spot,
It goes deeper

It stings, but it has to bleed
Failure to bleed, but success in clearing her head.
