Do i dream to much?
the end of the rainbow.
the misty colored stripes.
melting over the horizon.
who really understands?
the whale.
the seal.
the sun.
does the earth know we are here?
is nature really a living breathing entity?
when i walk through the woods and
step over leaves.
when i walk up to the tree and touch it
does it feel me?
when i look into the eyes of a wolf and he
stares right back?
what does he see?
the earth moves beneath our feet
creates and destroys.
the moon moves the tides
when i look out into the midnight sky.
the moon she calls to me
she draws me in
the clouds blow by her covering her then revealing her.
the earth knows
the wolf that stares knows
the moon controls our emotions knows
maybe it has nothing to do with a god
