Little Thoughts

Mind boggled with mixed emotions,
Free everything that is haunting me.
Thoughts of you and me,
It's just a dream.

This world isn't real,
To me, it's far from it.
Reality is so harsh to me,
What did I do wrong?

I'd go back to those times,
If you would let me.
I would change it all,
So I would be a better person.

Little thoughts,
Simple words.
You should have spoken up,
It could have been worked out.

It didn't have to be like this,
I could be still holding your hand.
I wouldn't have to shed a tear,
Hoping you would hold me above the seas.

Walking alone,
There's something missing.
No connection, I feel so lost,
Knowing you're not here with me.

Little thoughts ragging me,
I can't think straight.
I know what I want; it's to be with you,
But you don't want the same.

I can't help my feelings,
I'm sorry I still love you.
My feet won't budge,
I can't move on.

Streets stream past by,
Still I'm stuck here.
I won't give up hope,
The cement won't change, same as the love.
