Rock Falling of Love

by k i k i   May 31, 2006

Tears creating waterfalls,
That slowly crumbles into nothing.
All feeling that I had seems worthless,
Now turning into this.
Cracking onto the rocks,
One hit after another.

Heart stitched up once again,
After we parted before.
I don't want it to be like this,
I wouldn't be able to handle it.
Sky turning grey at the thought of it,
But then you leave for real.

Rainbows no longer soar before me,
The rain pelts down on my scarred face.
Cuts up and down my arms,
They don't mean anything to you.
This love that we shared,
It meant the world to me.

Grass isn't greener on this side,
Not without you here to split it with me.
Tears now drowning any good remaining,
Which wasn't much in the first place.
Friends changing, now me,
What's around the corner?

This change, it's not for the better,
The fire is still there if you look.
This feeling I still have in me,
Surely it's there with you.
After a year of love,
There would be a little left.

Always thinking what,
What I did wrong.
Everything was perfect,
Well that's what you said; now you drop a bombshell.
Force on me, everyone around me,
Trying to help me recover quickly.

Smashed and bruised,
I hit more rocks.
Surrounded by it all,
A sense from you it's over for good.
I won't give up all hope just yet,
I still want to share what I have left.
