Hand in hand in this land

by Lauren   Jun 1, 2006

And here again i stand

and there again i stood

to the fallen of this hand and hand

to the fallen of his land.

it whispers in and out

not a scream nor a shout

but something as soft as wind

and i stand here again.

and though it came through and through

to pass as many people as few

his eyes follow your every step

as it's heart beats muck in his chest.

to break through as though he fears

it dares not interfere

and though his lips of touched and left

and was there i took my last steps.

and now it's he who stood

it's him who now stands

for my love for this land

i still walk with him hand in hand.
