Embrace

*PN: This is the effect of that special person in my life. Please leave a comment on what you like or how I could improve. Thank you for your time. Enjoy!

The storm it feeds upon the night,
Eating up the sky,
My tears fall like the pouring rain,
I sit alone and cry.

But then I feel the softest touch,
An arm around my waist,
A warm feeling rushes over me,
A smile on my face.

I turn around and see you,
You tell me its okay
And then almost instantly
My troubles fade away.

You hold me close and whisper,
"Smile, and don't cry"
I nod, wrapped up in your embrace,
Not even asking why.

Your hug is like my safety net,
You are what keeps me sane,
And the only place I ever want to be,
Is in your arms again.
