Sail away

by Shelby Smith   Jun 1, 2006

Ascent of the sweet ocean water fills the air,

The waves thrust themselves against the shore before receding

Softly the wind catches the sail of a patiently waiting boat,

As the sail fills with air the boat journeys forward,

The waves beneath move the boat steadily across the oceans surface
Encouraging it along its voyage,

Toward the horizon the sun begins to set,

The waters begin to calm and the tranquility of the ocean night soon surrounds the tired boat,

As the sky begins to brighten with the light from the stars the boat sails on,

Along the dazzled blue waters it shall continue

Over coming all obstacles As it follows its dreams

Because in the end it will always be worth it.
