Giving up

When times are hard
all i can do is cry
giving up hope and
efforts to try

When days are tough
and i get put down
in less then minutes
smiles turn to frowns

when i dont know
what to do
i wonder about
where i should go

tears are raising
up to the surface
try to find out
if i have a purpose

its hard to think about
when i will die
but it makes me want to
try and try

i wont ever give up
i refuse
even when deep down
i'm confused

never give up on
someone who loves you
cause in time they may
give up on you too!
