The Otherside

by Little Sin   Jun 1, 2006

Dear, my mother dearest, I`m leaving home tonight.
I`m leaving all of this behind.
All the voices, in my head and my mind, told me that it`s such a beautiful night outside.
They`re taking you for a ride, to the other side.
They just wanted you to know, that I`m not coming back home.
Arn`t you happy, that I`m finally not alone?
I know your happy, to know, that I`m not coming home.
Now you don`t have to moan of my failure.
Ins`t this what you asked of your savior?
I`m doing you a favor, I`m ending your life tonight.
Do you see a ray of heavenly light?
Don`t you worry, you`ll all be alright, after you die.
I was given a sign, that if I killed you, I`ll be cleansed of all sins.
I believe that a miracle is bound to begin.
Carry on your dreaming, as you sleep.
Silence your screaming, let me take you to a better place.
Ignore the blood, smeared on your face.
No worries, the blood is yours, your death will be my cure.
Once again, I`ll become pure.
And I`ll be granted freedom, for sure.
From the demon inside, I`ll meet you on the other side.
Not this day, I`m sorry to say, but you had to pay.
Burning your corpse, as you lay, it had to be this way.
I promise you, I`ll be ok, since your gone.
The siren has sang it`s enchanted song, but only now do I realize what I`ve done.
Tell me mother, what went wrong?
