Cold Mountain

by Mary Jane   Jun 2, 2006

The winter has came.
The snow glistens in
the dark.

On this cold mountain.
On this dreary night.

I know I have lost
my one true love.

Shadow's play on the wall.
I hear the screams and the cries.
I know you're dying.

On this cold mountain.
On this dreary night.

I know I have lost
my one true love.

Haunted voices,
sing at your
funeral.

On this cold mountain.
On this dark day.

I know I have lost
my one true love.

I hear the distance,
that ranges in my
mind.

On this cold mountain.
On this day of death.

I know I have lost
my one true love.

I watch as they throw
the dirt on your
grave.

On this cold mountain.
On this dying day.
