As I Cry

As i feel a tear slide down my cheek
i look up into the mirror
i see a girl
that is fake

She hides behind her smiles
and her put on laughs
while inside she is crying
and breaking down

She just wants somebody to understand her
make her feel alright
but there is no one there

She wishes she was a little girl again
so all her problems could be solved by a hug from her mother

As i cry
yet more tears
i think of how my life was good
for all those years

She used to play out in the sun
for hours on end
but now She stays in the dark
putting scars on her wrists and her life

She wishes things could go back to normal
Perfectly alright
but now she knows whats coming
that the end is really tonight
