I hear my mother weep
I hear the screams of terror
And bangs in the night
I am just paralyzed by fright

My stomach began to drop

My dad has left
But i still hear mother crying
She did it for the best
She stopped him from hurting me

I try to go back to sleep

I never forgot that Night
When i hid under my sheets
Cause my dad took it all from me
I am afraid to be alone
I am afraid to be in the dark
I just cant be alone
I cant even take a walk in the park
I thought of that night
Like a plague in my mind
But i am trying to leave that memory behind
