I am sitting here in my room
Listening to love songs that remind me of us.
I am reading all the poems I have written about you and to you.
And I just canâ??t believe I have you in my life.
You have made me the happiest I have ever been in a long time.
You are the greatest one that I have been with.

You and I are all I see
When I close my eyes
And feel myself smiling softly.
Next week it will be 1 year and 4 months
And to tell you the truth
It really feels like it was just yesterday
That we talked to each other for the first time in the gym.
I want to tell you a little secret that I have been keeping
And that I have had in my heart for a while;
I want to be with you for the rest of my life.
Why is what you ask?
It is because you are the greatest person who has been placed in my life.
You do make me mad

And you do make me cry.
But in the end,

And that you are always here for me

You make sure I will always remember that.
We both have been through so much together
And we have survived this far.
The love I have for you
Is greater than anything I have felt in a long time.
You make me see the bright side of the saddest things.
You have made me feel and see a whole new type of love
I have waited to feel and experience.
