Hypocrites

Frozen in a time frame
It all remains the same
Where we are, where we've been
But we're the only ones to blame

Observation is our strength
We analyze and accuse
As we isolate the weak
Never realizing, we're identical

Like controlled fire, we are
Never spreading, only sitting
As the atmosphere changes, we stay
Until we're put out by the rain
