My Pain

When will all my pain fade away?
When will I see a better day?
I keep everything locked up inside,
I leave it there to hide.

Everyone asks me if I'm okay,
And I fake a smile and walk away,
I try so hard not to cry,
But it hurts so bad inside.

This world only gives me pain,
And I know I will never be the same,
Why am I living anyway,
When in the end I'm gonna die someday?

This world is so mean,
And all people are the same,
They always laugh in your face,
And call you mean names.

Maybe someday things will change,
Maybe I will be okay,
But for now I have to fake it,
And go on with my day.
