Hopelessly Waiting

by Alexandria   Jun 5, 2006

So I'm waiting here all alone
Wondering when I should just pack up and go home
Looking stupid for holding on for so long
When all I really wanted was to be able to move on
But I couldn't do that until I knew there was nothing left to say
So I wait here all the time, night and day
I sit here hopelessly waiting in case you might change your mind
And realize that I'm what you want and I wont be hard to find
I wont be hard to find because I'm always here waiting
Even when the street lights come on and the daylight starts fading.
