It was no ordinary day for me
it was the day I turn 18
I awake to the phone ringing
my ride was there, I was late
I dressed myself quick
and jumped in thr car
we got to school
thank god we weren't late
I entered each class
greeted by smiles and waves
everyone knew it was my day
classes seemed everlasting
but finally the bell rang
I flew out of class
bolting out the doors
Christina and I met at the car
to the office we were headed
for today was the final day
and I was ready to sign.
