Trapped In The Night

by -Ghostship Fidelity-   Jun 5, 2006

In the dark this love developed deathlike
Waves of warmth thrust beyond your eyelids
That tarnished treasure you had come to fear
Now it had come to expire in this perturbed place
Where no one will cast a oeillade at pendulous agitations
Per contra, I have descried that each night you crave to depart
Into that dark baleful hole beneath the steps
Whither you cry as your heart darts in all directions
To your broody brain, this weltered point is peace
But I've fancied that you have been trapped
Fettered to a blank wall in my elided closet
Where I will ne'er let you run free again
The note you have left me is addicting in many senses
But I have found that you misunderstand my slant
So tonight I will bite into your eye-appealing neck
Sap you of all that exquisite and immaculate blood
Goodnight love
