Misuderstood

On this dark night,
i crouch in a corner full of fear.
tears fall down my face as i realize that i am trapped.
trapped in this dark night where i am misunderstood.

i cry for peace.
i cry to be understood.
i cry in fear that i will never be released from this entrapment.

tears fall from my eyes as i realize no will understand who i am.
tears fall from my eyes as i realize no one will ever free me.
