Raat ka saaya....

Aaj kaate nahi kat raha ye raat ka saaya,
yaadon ne tumhari hume itna tadpaaya,
ki pal pal karte hain deedar aapka,
roo-baroo to nahi par khwabo me aapko paaya.

Mann karta hai ki har waqt ho wo saath,
baatoon jinke saath har apni baat,
jo ankahi thi ab tak labo ki zubaani,
ab keh daloon wo thaamkar unka haath.

Kyun ye andhera ghana saaya khatam nahi hota,
chand aur taaron ka saath kam nahi hota,
khush hain wo wahan door asmaa me,
par kash mere bhi naseeb me unka saath hota.

Neend ko maano aankhon se bair hai,
dil ko maano aaraam se bair hai,
machalta hai dil unhe yaad karke,
maano is raat ko bhi humare saath se bair hai...
