We had our moments about a year ago,
but after all of that i decided to stay low.
i had a lot of missed memories that we once shared,
i really honestly at one point cared.
i started showing up every now and then,
wishing a few things would happen again.
now we hang out all of the time,
to me i consider you more than a dime.
i love how you make me smile,
and how you make each and every day worth while.
i can tell by your flirtatious ways,
that a little bit of caring love for me stays.
each day goes by so fast,
but i now know that our friendship will last.
you ask me simple questions like why do i like you?,
maybe it's the things that you do,
or the things that you say,
