The First Day

The first time I met you I never thought I would love again,
All love to me was dreadful, hurtful pain
I would sit at home and pray to love again,
And finally say that I can see the sun beyond the rain
Then there came that day that I met you,
When I first seen you I finally felt my heart being opened for two
With you I felt a sense of togetherness and happiness,
For our relationship from this point on would be based on foreverness
From the first day forward,
We have our lives to look toward
Though we may go through our ups and downs in life,
Despite of all of that one day I will ask you to be my wife
I will ask you to take care of my heart,
To hope that one day our love will never grow apart
We have that neverending love as it may seems,
I want to be the one that congratulates you when you acheive your dreams,
I love you and hope that you can do the same,
For now I can finally seen the sun past all of the pain
