Forged Anew

by Jordan W   Jun 6, 2006

The probes are out, wary and tired.
The feeble bonds that had held us together gone.
We must forge our path anew.
The path will be laden with pitfalls and setbacks,
But I believe that our bond will be forged again.
Stronger than before but different in its own way.
More intimate yet not.
More bold yet not.
I will plow through all the obstacles,
I will not stop.
Because...
Friends don't stop.
They never give up.
They continue on till the end.

Oh wow, a very well penned poem, with a very powerful story behind the words. I really liekd this one, i kinda got a feeling like...kay, well it painted a scenery for me, and i was taken to like this mountain and i could see paths and their was a fork and then you chose to take the path of a forged friendship because friends are everlasting. Lol, i duno that's what i got out of it anyways. 5/5 :)
