I stop and take a look at the world around me
Everything seems so different, so worldly.
I look upon the objects, situated around me
Filling that once empty room
With life, character and meaning
However I must object, that these worldly
Possessions mean nothing to me,
They cannot possibly suffice, in what
I really want in my life.
My eyes start burning, a lump in
My throat, butterflies in my stomach
Just thinking about this person, makes
My heart burn, it feels like I want to
Rip it out, my bare flesh, to relieve the good
Pain.
I want to cry, and never stop crying, the wet
Drops flowing down my cheeks
How is it to be that I can feel these things
That I feel, dream the dreams that I dream,
Wish for the things I have.
I never knew that I had such strong emotions
That reduce me to tears, which makes me
Want to rip out my soul.
I cannot bear it, these feelings are just too
Much for my body to handle.
Love, what is love may you ask?
Some will say, its a feeling, an emotion
You feel for someone, one you so desperately feel
I say its the most heart aching, beautiful feeling
