Full of EMPTY

by Whitley   Jun 7, 2006

Im sitting in an EMPTY room
Full of EMPTY faces
silent words fill their mouths
and intertwine the laces
im staring at the desktop
writing unknown words
quickly i erase them
keeping them unheard
from the one who's in the distance
in the corner of the room
he lurks among the edges
as swiftly as a broom
he sweeps away the long lost
and the loves from once ago
as he cleans away the darkness
love for him begins to show
he cant see the love though
its a darkness in his eyes
he cant see the brightness
behind the class of lies
he sees me as a masquerade
and a master of the art
im sitting in a crowded room
Full of EMPTY hearts.
