The roses will eventually bend over and slowly die~
As the tears I shed will soon dry~
My broken heart will sometime mend~
Those forever�¢??s we promised will come to an end~
The feelings I feel will walk away~
Just like you they won�¢??t stay~
The chocolates will be eaten~
While my heart takes the beating~
The pain will lead to the drinks or smokin�¢??~
As a smile goes from beautiful to broken~
The lasting memories we once made~
Will soon drift off and fade~
The short conversations will soon end~
And soon there will be no more us not even friends~
These things we have won�¢??t last forever ~
As much as we try to keep everything together~
The I love you�¢??s will be forgotten~
As the pictures rest in the old box rotting~
The words we said will go to someone new~
As we pick someone else to say I love you to ~
The things in life are held too tight their let go~
Or their held too loose to ever know~
I m starting to see we can�¢??t be together~
