Cutting

It's a bad habit; it's hard to break, you have to be careful or you could make a mistake.
Don't cut too deep; don't cut too long, lose focus and you could do something wrong.
Keep your blades clean so you don't get an infection, this will minimize parent detection.
Keep a cloth handy to clean up any mess, when getting ready make sure no one's around when you dress.
If you have to clean any blood off of your clothes, wash them in private so that no one knows.

    Sounds like good advice.....but all of this is true if you want to hide this habit follow all of this....i have used some of the same ideas with my own problems with cutting......well written....good wording
