Chelsey, this poem was spectacular. You put so much into it. I only hope its not true and you were only writing from another perspective. You're a wonderful poet.

When everyone asks if I’m alright

“My daddy left me tonight”"
^^ I loved this last line! I pulled it all together and it was a wonderful ending. It's hard to talk about problems in the family. I can't say enough how I loved this poem. Excellent job.

I'm so sorry. v.v" I totally feel for you. Well I don't know you but I enjoyed your poem, it's sad and touching. Life gets tough sometimes but keep your head up. Face it head on without fear! >:D yeah. I'm very sorry.

Wow... this poems really touched my heart. it made me cry. no joke.. you see, my paresnt arent together either, and latley my dad has been acting like i dont love him anymore. i mean, you poem totally said what i was feeling. its a whole different setting then what im in, but it sends out the same exact message. it was great!

This poem reminds me of the condition at my own home back when i was about 7. my mom and dad would fight all night long, while me and my brothers just dying in fears. thispoem is great,,............

just wish this poem don't have to happen to the both of us and the rest fo the kids out there that share the same feelings
