Depression

Life
its slowly fading
death
its quickly coming
hearts
are painfully breaking
dreams
are being shattered
promises
are being broken
sadness
is taking over
emptiness
is filling my body
darkness
is shadowing the earth
wishes
aren't coming true
lives
are being crushed
goals
made only to be forgotten
souls
scream out
gasping
for one last breath
