Just Pretending*

She use to have it all
but that was so long ago
now no one sees
the pain she holds inside of her

She puts it all aside at school
forgets about it
so she don't look like a fool

Talks to her buds
then goes along her way
and continues on her day

Everyone thinks she is fine
and they'll never know the truth
of this girl thats just pretending everyday
to be something thats not true

So they don't see the real her
and whats goes on in her life
She's so ashamed of want she's become

Everyone else looks so happy
why bring them down with this stuff
She thinks to herself, everyday

She never gets help,
never has support along the way
during her days

She just wants to go home
where she can finally be alone

She can't pretend no more
they well finally see through the lies
and find out why she always cries
