I am sound, you are light
I am loud, you are bright

I am wind, you are fire
I am cold, you are desire

I am a song, a whisper, a scream
You are a movie, a picture, a dream

A world apart with no way to touch
A divide to wide, to far, to much

What is love without pain?
What is desire without chains?

Someday, somehow, somewhere, we will collide
Pain is our reminder, love is our guide
