True Friends

Real friends are truly hard to find
Here's how I feel and reflect on mine:
My friends are definitely one of a kind
Your real friends are people you'd least expect
And one's you wouldn't intentionally neglect
True friends are those who'd tell you they love you almost everyday
Even though you already know, they tell you anyway
True friends are people whom you'd give your last dollar to
Undoubtedly they'd do the same to you
Real friends won't leave you in the dirt, when you need them
And will tell you the truth, even if it hurts,
But they won't intentionally hurt you
My friends are significant others that I'd pour my heart out to
And when I do, their shoulder is always ready to cry on
It hurts me to my heart to ever think of them being gone
True friends can't stand to see you cry
And if they do, they'd cry too
My friends give me inspiration
Because we go through trials and tribulations
Real friends make you sick, but brighten up your day.
If they truly trust and believe in what you say,
Your true friends would never forsake you
Real friendship is definitely tried and true
Even though it hurts to have a real friend,
Real friends conquer all
From alpha to omega,
From the beginning to the end
Because in the end,
You'd know all of the hardships are worth your friendship.
