Every Night

Every single night
As I lay in bed
Your beautiful face
Floats into my head.

My heart starts pumping
Even though your not there
The butterflies in my stomach
Who don't seem to care

Start to flap and fly
And I'm lifted to the skies
Your face full of beauty
Brings tears to my eyes.

Then I wake up
Another one of my dreams
And like the one before
How real it all seems.

But they're all I have
And they're enough for me
