Silent Inferno

Lost in time,
with no where to escape to,
with no one left to hold me
as the tears start to fall.

And lost in my own mind,
watching myself die
form the inside out,
as the fear settles in.

Cold, in the shadows,
with only this thought
of the thing that i fear
as it consumes me.

The thought of me dying
here all alone,
only breeds sadness
and hate for the dark.

The silent inferno,
this cold born hell,
whee I could lay dying
and no one would know.
