Just a few years ago, the three of us would be stretched out on a bed,
flipping through the school phone book to see what boy to prank call.
wed laugh innocent giggles when the phone was picked up and quickly blurt out what we had rehearsed many times,
then wed hang up the phone, relieving our laughter.
again! wed laugh and cheer and continue the routine all over again.
after some time we realized that the friendship we had was nothing more then that child friendship.
so our friendship slipped, we made new friends and were just accquaintaacquaintancesw the three of us sit together and it reminds me of old times although the minor differences.
our hair is different, we have grown into our bodies, our perspective on the world is different.
our personalities are different, our ipods holding different songs, our friends are different.
one thing that isnt different however are the memories that we have shared, the past that we had once had.
