Drink deeply and dream

by Princess Demonica   Jun 12, 2006

My beautiful friend.
So fragile, was bitten.
Brought to us by the elder.
A goodness tested by time.

I sat as a fever raced.
Blood lust and desire, emanating from her ever shrinking soul.
Pain in visible waves.

Metallic wounds glistening in dimmed light.
Losing humanity to primal instincts.
Urges of the centuries.

Alas, she is turning.
Writhing in pain.
Eyes disfigured by color.
Shining malevolent green.

Blue veins have warped her creamy skin like a vast climbing vine.
Teeth, pristine, glistening growing into points.

Bitter tears sting my eyes as my fragile world collapses as i loose her. I can't bear to loose her like this.

It's gone and so is she.
Her true self.
I do not stop as she advances.
Bites me and i am content
