I loved your poem, it's really good. The ending was perfect, the last line was my favorite "but a reflection cannot lie". That's so true, sometimes we try to tell ourselves what we want to think, but deep inside we know the truth. We cannot lie to ourselves. That's what I understood about your poem...you're depressed, and you want to fight to get better, but you don't know how or know if it's possible.

Wow! 5/5 great poem! i love it and it is so true. but hang in there, everyone gets their happiness. that's what i learned. even thought i thought my happiness is over i hang in there and think more of the possitives rather than the negatives.

She's broken and she knows it,
scarred beyond repair.
Forced to live her life,
in this cruel state of despair.

-> scarred beyond repair , that line just doesn't sound right for me :s
