Not the End

by Steph   Jun 13, 2006

You're everything I've ever wanted,
I realize as I gaze into your eyes.
Is it too late to tell you this?
What I speak of are not lies.

You're everything I've ever needed,
Therefore, I know my love is pure.
When I'm encircled by your arms,
I feel overwhelmingly secure.

When I first set eyes upon you,
I knew I would never regret,
Your face engraved in my memory,
Just so I would never forget.

You have the most sensual lips,
love is what they reflect.
But when they are pressed to mine,
I feel our souls connect.

I remember the memories shared,
The laughter the smiles the rights.
Although I can't forget,
The wrongs the pains the fights.

I feel my bare skin next to yours,
It's hard to resist the temptation.
When we are flesh to flesh,
I forget the anger and frustration.

There is a fire burning inside me,
This flame blazes between us both.
It needs to be nurtured with love,
We will have a miraculous growth.

I will never stop loving you,
You're so much more then a friend.
You have to try to understand,
This is not the end.
