Why do I like Him

As I sit here wondering what to do
My mind wanders back to you.
I've liked you for a while now
But I just don't understand how?
How can I like you after all you've done.
After all those words you've said that hurt so bad it stung.
More importantly
How could you like me?
I know for a fact that you wouldn't
That's why I know I shouldn't.
So many things are going through my head
I think I'll just lay down and go to bed.
