Broken Roses

by RetroRavey   Jun 14, 2006

Sitting in silence,
staring at my pain,
staring at these broken roses
that were shattered in the rain.
These once flawless momentos,
these once perfect
tokens of love,
now are broken, torn, and bleeding,
like the angel that I loved.
Sitting here in silence,
on your rotting corpses grave,
staring at these roses
that, like you,
will never be beautiful again.

It may be short but its very descriptive and full of enough emotion for someone to feel like that they are going through it too.
    5/5 great job!
