I am Somebody

I have everything everyone else has
I have a mother,brother,sister,and dad and I sing in the shower
and often i tend to get louder and louder
I put my clothes on a step at a time
We\\\'re all the same in my mind

I too love to talk on the phone
and use my hair brush as a microphone
I\\\'ve been heartbroken
and all my pride has been tooken

I love to go to the mall
and read the bathroom walls
I eat the same food as u do
and dress the same way too

Yet people say im different because of my color
but inside i\\\'m just like any other
Lots of people treat me like i\\\'m some kind of freak
and spit in the food i eat

You have no right to judge me because of the color of my skin
my momma says just to grin
but its hurts to know i\\\'m being judged by that
when I could be a friend and have ur back

I have eyes and toes
I have ears and a nose
I have a mouth
which is big and loud
I have fingers
and I too look up to singers

You can\\\'t say we\\\'re different
and mean it
cause all ur judgin me by is my outside apperance
when u hardly know my inside attendence

I\\\'m white lol but I have alot of black friends and lots of people judge them for their color its not right and i think it needs to stop because everyone is the same in some way!
